Just a note on the lithium price and implications for battery prices.
Whilst the spot price in China has indeed fallen, it is not clear that the the majority of the market (being contracted) is similarly effected. Orocobre and Galaxy both claim their contract prices have actually increased during the time when the spot price has fallen.
Furthermore, lithium makes up a relatively small component of the price of a battery, so the price of lithium, in itself, would have to be weakly correlated with the price of a battery. More relevant would be an oversupply of battery manufacturing capacity, which going by Tesla/Panasonic is still some way off given the inability of Tesla to supply powerwall 3 to the market.
