The real thing holding back batteries is installers still taking the piss. I got quoted $40k for a solar setup with a LG Chem 10kWh battery. There's no excuse for ripping off customers like that.
Also I got trolled by one installer who decided to troll me because I ONLY wanted 10kWh of storage.
