Australia’s leading solar distributor, OSW, has announced a strategic global partnership with one of the world’s leading energy storage solution and service providers, AlphaESS, designed to drive the expansion of product sales around the globe.

The new partnership combines power conversion and storage solutions alongside their next-generation technology services from AlphaESS with OSW’s strong distribution capabilities in an effort to reach a diverse range of customer groups across Europe and North America.

It is hoped that the new partnership will facilitate “exponential growth” on a global scale.

“As OSW continues to rapidly expand in response to growing global demand, our top priority remains providing our customers with unparalleled value,” said Anson Zhang, co-founder and CEO of OSW.

“This strategic alliance with AlphaESS is a key part of that, and we are confident that by leveraging our complementary strengths, market presence, and collaboration, we can accelerate our reach and expansion.

“OSW is proud to bring AlphaESS’s innovative product portfolio and industry-leading solutions to our overseas markets. Together, we will drive synergy and provide the solutions that effectively address the evolving needs of our customers in the rapidly changing global landscape.”

As the leading solar distributor in Australia, OSW offers a wide array of solar products including PV panels, inverters, EV chargers, solar storage options, racking, and components from leading solar innovators.

OSW also already boasts six warehouses across Australia and expansion into Europe and other locations around the world including Poland, Munich, Texas, Spain, Italy, and the Netherlands.

AlphaESS similarly has over 15 subsidiaries providing local services as well as over 90,000 active systems in more than 90 countries.

“This collaboration represents a powerful alliance between two industry leaders committed to driving the adoption of clean and sustainable energy solutions,” said Thomas Yuan, chairman and co-founder of AlphaESS.

“At AlphaESS, our mission has always been to provide innovative and reliable energy storage solutions that empower individuals, businesses, and communities to embrace a more sustainable future.

“Through this strategic partnership with OSW, we aim to expand our reach, accelerate the energy transition, and make a positive impact on a global scale.”
