Ithaca college goes solar in Upstate New York

Ithaca College has signed a 25-year power purchase agreement, after installing 2.9MW of solar PV about 40 miles from the campus, which will generate an estimated 3.55m kWh of electricity in its first year of operation, powering 10% of the college’s load.
