Solar Insiders Podcast December 21

December 21, 2017 by Giles Parkinson and Nigel Morris Leave a Comment

A lot happened in 2017 in the solar and storage market in Australia, and around the world.
For a start, with much reduced subsidies, and negligible feed in tariffs, Australian households embraced rooftop solar as they had never done before, adding more than 1GW in a record breaking year.
And battery storage also stood out, with new products hitting what will be the world’s biggest behind the meter market, even if the pricing meant that the boom is yet to happen.
The big lessons of the year? You’ll have to listen to the podcast to find out.
