ASX-listed property developer inks deal with Allume Energy to use its solar sharing technology at new apartment complex – and potentially across all of its multi-occupant buildings.
Project led by Ovida, using shared solar tech of Allume Energy, to deliver Australia’s “largest” solar and battery microgrid project, that will cut the cost of electricity by 50% for 750 Latrobe Valley businesses.
One solar system, five apartments, a baker, a hair salon, and an occupational therapist. Allume Energy has switched on its first suburban shared solar system that allows PV electricity to be distributed and billed to individual tenants, for 30% less than grid costs.
